A qualified nutritionist (ANutr), personal trainer and founder of Balanceie - one of Ireland's leading services for health, performance and weight management. I hold a Master's in Human Nutrition and a Bachelor's in Sports & Exercise Science.

How do I get started?
You apply online - no drawn-out sales call. We review your application and, if we're the right fit, onboard you within one working day, then take you through a full intake and assessment and build your plan from the ground up.
Is this just a meal plan?
No. You get a bespoke nutrition strategy, a custom training programme, weekly 1:1 check-ins, daily WhatsApp access and our education platform. The whole point is to make your results last.
What makes it "clinical"?
Jamie is a registered nutritionist (ANutr) with a Master's specialising in obesity and weight management. The method is data-led - intake, body composition, relevant blood markers and wearables - and we work alongside medical professionals where appropriate.
Which level should I choose?

Do you coach online or in person?
Coaching is delivered online, so we work with clients all over the world - through our coaching platform and a direct WhatsApp line.
